Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Specialized Cables Company (MESC) appointed Yahya Ibrahim Al Qunaibit as the board’s Chairman for the next four years.

Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Namlah was named as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

The two officials took over their roles for a new board session that commenced on 2 July 2025 and is scheduled to end on 1 July 2029.

In the three-month period that ended on 31 March 2025, the company logged 26.04% lower net profits at SAR 19.20 million, compared to SAR 25.96 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.

Revenues jumped by 16.37% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 339 million in Q1-25 from EGP 291.29 million.
